Terms & Conditions
Payments must be made in New Zealand dollars. Any contract arising
from this site is governed by New Zealand law.
Refund & Returns
Refunds will only be considered in case of any defect
in your product, in which case the customer will be able to return the item
purchased to be replaced within 30 working days after delivery.
In the event that replacement is not possible, a full refund may be
considered. After receiving and processing the returned item, the customer
will be notified by email about the status of the replacement or refund. In
the case of a refund this will be made in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase. The refund of the freight will be considered only when the
product is defective or damaged during transit.
Cancellation of Order
In the event that a customer would like to cancel their order, this must be done before the order has been processed. If the customer contacts us after the order has been processed requesting their order to be cancelled, we retain the right to decline.
